I hereby consent to the modification of my Slideworks slide/aftermarket slides/Oem slide/ laser engraving and understand that by doing so, the factory warranty may become void (See manufacturer’s info for verification). Additionally, the modifications being performed will permanently alter the slide and cannot be reversed. I understand that each instance of modification is unique due to the process in which the modification is applied. Slideworks MFG. LLC reserves the right to refuse modification to your slide or other parts should we deem that it should not be modified in its current condition.

These Terms & Conditions release Slideworks MFG. LLC, any and all owners, presidents, co-owners, employees, subcontractors and staff from all liability relating to injuries that may occur as a result of work or services performed. By acknowledging this agreement, I agree to hold Slideworks MFG. LLC, entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. I also acknowledge the risks involved in modifying a firearm from its factory specifications. These risks include, but are not limited to, loss of factory warranty, financial loss, bodily harm or injuries including but not limited to death. I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. By acknowledging the Terms & Conditions, I forfeit all right to bring a law suit against Slideworks MFG. LLC for work or services rendered. Any and all modifications are performed as Slideworks MFG. LLC sees fit based upon their professional opinion and experience.

REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY

Refunds

Our refund policy is All Sales Final on slide packages where the work has been completed. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return on goods that we sell other than slide packages, cerakote, and other services performed on customer supplied items, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

WARRANTY

One-year limited warranty against design, material, and manufacturing defects for the products and services that we offer. To claim the warranty, you must be the original purchaser with proof of purchase within one year of the date of sale.

The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear. Any modification to our products or use of handloaded, remanufactured, or reloaded ammunition instantly voids the warranty.

Shipping

Our products are shipped within the quoted timeframe for completion of services using the following carriers: USPS UPS . To return your product, you should mail your product to: 10004 Tanner Rd Houston, Tx 77041. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you are buying a ATF FFL item. WE Must ship to your local FFL. NO EXEMPTIONS. FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee) – Your order will not ship until we have a copy of the FFL. Once you order you must send a copy of the FFL or have the gun shop send a copy of the FFL to us via Email.

Can I drop off my slide to the shop?

How do I ship my slide?

You will take your slide off the frame. Remove the barrel and recoil spring. Then mail it in a USPS flat rate box ($7.65). If you do not feel comfortable with USPS then ship it with UPS OR FEDEX. Make sure that your box is taped up really well and that you have plenty of packing material.

What is the turn around time?

Turn around time is 2-3 weeks. Sometimes its a few days less, or a few days more. (does not include shipping times)
